Every year, Big Group Hug provides 120,000+ essential items to over 6,000 children in Victoria. These are things they may otherwise go without – cots, prams, formula, clothing, shoes, toiletries – the list goes on.
By giving your preloved items a second life with families in need, you’re also helping us work towards a healthier planet by producing less waste.
In the financial year ending July 2023, our Bundoora warehouse and Airport West hub had saved over 95 tons of waste.

Donate Goods
Big Group Hug graciously accepts donations of new or pre-loved goods for children aged between newborn and 16 years old.
We humbly ask that you only donate items that are clean, in good, working condition, and comply with Australian safety standards.
Request Help
If you or someone you know is in need of assistance to provide essential items for children, we can help through the right channels.
Please contact a supporter worker or teacher and ask them to make a request on your behalf.
