Firstly, thank you so much for your support! We are so grateful for your partnership. What inspired AIWIBI to support Big Group Hug?
We’ve always believed caring for families goes beyond just making great baby products. That’s why we set up the AIWIBI Charity Funds, to lend a hand to families in need. We actually first met Big Group Hug during a Mother’s Day charity event. Hearing about their mission and seeing the impact they’ve already had on the community really touched us. It felt like a perfect match, so we did it.
Could you share a little about your experience visiting our warehouse recently?
When we walked into the warehouse and saw row after row of all kinds of donations, it really warmed our hearts. We felt so honored to be part of this journey. After chatting with the team, we couldn’t wait to build a long-term partnership with Big Group Hug, because together, we can bring even more support and love to the community.
What benefits have you observed, internally or externally, from engaging in community and charity initiatives?
For our team, it just feels good to be part of something meaningful, it brings us closer. And for customers, they like seeing we care about families, not just products. It makes the connection more real.

Our team feels proud to be part of a company that gives back, it makes their work feel bigger than just the day-to-day. Customers don’t always know the details of what we do, but for us, that’s okay, the real reward is seeing the impact in the community.
AIWIBI is known for being community-minded, what motivates this commitment to giving back?
For us, it’s really simple. Our mission has always been to create a better world for babies. We know that in many corners of the world, some families can’t even afford the basics like hygiene products. That’s why we want to make a difference, to care for every little dreamer, no matter where they are.
Why do you think it’s important for businesses to support local charities like Big Group Hug?
Local charities know best what families really need, and they can respond fast. That’s why their work matters so much.
What would you say to other businesses considering supporting Big Group Hug?
What impressed us most about Big Group Hug is how pure and passionate their team and volunteers are. But we also saw how many families are reaching out to them for help. That’s why we’d love to see more businesses join in, because the need is real, and together we can share the load.
If you could share one hope for the impact of AIWIBI’s contributions, what would it be?
If we have one hope, it’s that no parent ever has to choose between the basics and their baby’s comfort and safety. We just want every little dreamer to grow up feeling safe and cared for, even when times are tough. And if what we do can spark more kindness in the community, like a ripple that keeps spreading, that would be the best outcome.
